What better way to brighten up a cloudy day than by throwing on a pair of Zayze leggings? This past weekend we experienced a little ‘weather’ in Los Angeles, but I decided to tough it out and go for a run anyway. Running through the east side of L.A., these leggings definitely stood out from the crowd.

 


It’s crazy what an outfit can do for your attitude. It’s kind of like when you get sick, there comes a turning point when you start brushing your hair again, and start putting on a little makeup. You get a nice outfit together and suddenly, you feel better than you did before. This may very well be your mind tricking your body into thinking you feel better than you actually do, but hey, whatever works! I feel the same way when I put on a fun workout outfit. It’s not everyday we see crazy patterned leggings at your local sports store, so when we do see someone decked out in a unique and interesting outfit, eyes turn. You know you’re in the spotlight and you try even harder to push yourself to get to where you want to be, because you’re the star of your own show.

 


Similar to the ‘Sweet Legging’ I wrote about previously, these leggings are very comfortable, and hold everything in nice and firm, but not too tight. They sit above the hips and end below the calves, (at least on my legs).  For sizing, I'm wearing a S/M. I am 5'3 and normally wear a 25-26 in pants.

If you are a size 6, you can size up to a medium if you are more of a pear shape.  If you have issues with your pants slipping while exercising, stick with the small (S/M).
